ATLANTA -- Lucas Duda's audition for the first-base job did not even last a week.

Duda is 2-for-13 since a two-homer game last Friday. And Terry Collins indicated that Ike Davis will start Thursday's series finale against the Atlanta Braves.

How much either plays this weekend in Anaheim remains to be seen anyway. The Mets face left-handed pitchers on Friday and Sunday against the Angels (Tyler Skaggs and C.J. Wilson), so that may end up being an opportunity for Josh Satin to start.

Duda is hitting .182 with two homers and four RBIs through 22 at-bats this season. Meanwhile, Davis is hitting .400 with one homer and four RBIs in only 10 at-bats.
