MIAMI -- Juan Lagares' rehab assignment has shifted to Double-A Binghamton, where he will begin play on Monday.

Lagares, on the disabled list with a strained intercostal muscle on his right side, played seven innings Friday and a full game Saturday in the Gulf Coast League. He went hitless in eight bats.

Terry Collins said he expected Lagares to be activated from the DL midweek.
