Lucas Duda snubbed for NL honor

Rockies third baseman Nolan Arenado claimed the National League Player of the Week honor, beating out Mets first baseman Lucas Duda.

Arenado hit .545 (12-for-22) with two homers, three RBIs and an MLB-best 1.045 slugging percentage for the week ending Sunday.

Capped by a two-homer game Sunday at Dodger Stadium, Duda hit .348 (8-for-23) with five homers, 11 RBIs and a 1.000 slugging percentage.
