The Mets have reshuffled their rotation due to Saturday and Sunday's rainouts, although they will still need two substitute starters during the upcoming week.
According to Terry Collins, originally scheduled weekend starters Dillon Gee and R.A. Dickey will start in Monday's doubleheader against Florida.
Mike Pelfrey will get the ball Tuesday, while Chris Capuano will pitch Wednesday.
Miguel Batista or D.J. Carrasco will start Thursday in place of Jon Niese, who landed on the disabled list two days ago. The Mets will have to find another starter for Friday.
Given that rosters expand on Thursday, Sept. 1, candidates to make that start include Chris Schwinden and Pat Misch.
