Cyclones park damaged by Sandy
By Adam Rubin
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- MCU Park, home of the Brooklyn Cyclones, which borders the Atlantic Ocean at Coney Island, suffered damage as the result of Hurricane Sandy that continues to affect the staff.
Water poured over the outfield wall, flooding the clubhouse and New York-Penn League team's offices. Renovations are ongoing. The staff hopes to have the offices back in service by February.
Next season will not be affected.
