Tuesday's Mets-Cards lineups

ST. LOUIS -- Here are the lineups for the Mets' 8:15 p.m. ET game Tuesday against the St. Louis Cardinals at Busch Stadium. With St. Louis throwing a left-hander, John Gast, in his major league debut, Terry Collins uses Juan Lagares -- the other half of the new center-field platoon with Rick Ankiel. And Ike Davis slides out of the cleanup spot. Justin Turner starts at shortstop for the second time this season.
