With their owner in attendance for the first time this season, the Nets beat Cleveland 122-117 in overtime on Sunday night at Prudential Center.
Gerald Green (season-high 32) and Anthony Morrow (24) combined for 56 points off the bench.
Deron Williams added 18 points and 11 assists assists despite shooting 0-for-7 from 3-point range, while Kris Humphries had 16 points and 10 rebounds and MarShon Brooks 14 points and seven rebounds.
The Nets (21-37) are 8-2 when Prohkorov is in attendance. He will be holding a press conference at Barclays Center on Tuesday.
New Jersey has won three straight games at home for the first time this season.
The Nets lost Gerald Wallace to a strained left hamstring in the second quarter.
