Jeter: Faith in A.J., issue is runs

Derek Jeter expressed support for Game 4 starter A.J. Burnett, and suggested the issue was in the batter's box, not on the mound.

"We have confidence in everybody," Jeter said. "But regardless of who is pitching, we've got to score runs. I don't care who is on the mound. If we don't score, then it's kind of hard to win games. Yeah, we have confidence in A.J. He'll be ready and come out and hopefully we can score some runs."

As for the importance of Game 4, Jeter added: "Every game is important. I've said it before: You've got to have that approach every single game. So it's not like tomorrow is more important than today was."
