Suddenly, all is well again with the Yankee bullpen. Joba Chamberlain, sidelined with an oblique injury, threw a 31- pitch bullpen session this morning and declared himself all better. Pedro Feliciano, who hadn't pitched in 10 days with what Joe Girardi called a "dead arm,'' threw 15 pitches off the mound at what he said was 80 percent intensity and assured everyone he will be ready when the season starts on March 31. And Boone Logan, who Girardi believed on Friday would likely be shut down for 4 or 5 days with back spasms, said what he actually had was "a knot'' that had gone away with treatment. He is on the travel roster for Sunday's game against the Phillies in Clearwater.
