The New York Yankees announced today that over 50 former Yankees will be on hand at the 65th annual Old-Timers’ Day on Sunday, June 26, at Yankee Stadium. Ceremonies are scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m. with the traditional Old-Timers’ game to follow, both of which will be aired exclusively on the YES Network. The Yankees will then host the Colorado Rockies at 2:05 p.m., also airing on YES.

The Old-Timers are headlined by several members of past Yankees’ World Series-winning clubs, including Hall-of-Famers Yogi Berra and Whitey Ford, David Cone, Bill “Moose” Skowron and Bernie Williams. For Williams, this year will mark his first Old-Timers’ Day appearance.

Also in attendance will be Hall of Famers Rich “Goose” Gossage and Reggie Jackson, along with former Yankees managers, Lou Piniella and Joe Torre. Piniella will make his Old-Timers’ Day debut and return to Yankee Stadium wearing a Yankees uniform for the first time since 1988.

Joining the Hall-of-Famers and former Yankees on the baselines will be the widows of five legendary Yankees—Arlene Howard, widow of Elston Howard; Helen Hunter, widow of Jim “Catfish” Hunter; Jill Martin, widow of Billy Martin; Diana Munson, widow of Thurman Munson and Kay Murcer, widow of Bobby Murcer.

The Yankees will also hold a special tribute honoring long-time team trainer Gene Monahan, who will retire at season’s end after 49 years of service to the organization.
