Robertson an AL All-Star

David Robertson will be heading to Phoenix after all.

Robertson was not selected for the AL All-Star team, but became a late addition for David Price.

This is the first All-Star berth of Robertson's four-year major league career. The 26-year-old right-hander is 2-0 with a 1.27 ERA. He has 56 strikeouts in 35 1/3 innings pitched.

Robertson's ERA ranks second among all major league pitchers with at least 35 innings pitched. He is first among all AL relievers in strikeouts.

Robertson was supposed to be the Yankees sixth-inning guy, but emerged as the team's setup man to Mariano Rivera after both Joba Chamberlain and Rafael Soriano went down with injuries.

Price, who gave up Derek Jeter's 3,000th hit on Saturday afternoon, backed out with turf toe on his left foot.
