At tonight's Home Run Derby, Robinson Cano's dad, Jose, will be throwing to him.

"It means a lot to me," Cano said. "To be in the big leagues, I get to face him back home in the offseason. He is the kind of guy who is always there for me, not only as a dad, but a friend. Who better deserves than him to be there for me to throw BP."

Jose pitched six games in the majors leagues with the Astros in 1989. He went 1-1 with a 5.09 ERA.
