Only a matter of time until Montero arrives?

The expectation is that Jesus Montero could be with the Yankees soon. How soon? Our teammate Buster Olney agrees with the people who say it could be very soon. He goes into greater detail here.

Simply put, Jorge Posada is hitting too little to not have his job in jeopardy. Montero could be an improvement, but no one should expect him to come up and dominate.

At Triple-A, Montero is hitting .289 with 11 homers and 51 RBIs in 89 games.

Maybe this week is the week that Montero arrives.
