The Yankees are already up 3-nil in the first.

After a one-out walk to Curtis Granderson and a one-out single to Robinson Cano, Mark Teixeira nailed a John Lackey pitch to the top of the center field wall. Cano beat the relay throw to the plate for the second run. Jason Varitek, with a poor grip on the ball, tried to nail Teixeira at third and threw the ball into left field.

So it is 3-0 Yankees.
