Our teammate Buster Olney tweeted that the expectation is that Cubs will deal Matt Garza.

Garza went 10-10 with a 3.32 ERA for the Cubs last year. He is 28 and made nearly $6 million last year.

He has pitched in the AL East.

Could Theo and Cash make a deal?
