MLB announced the shares for the playoffs. For losing in the ALDS, the Yankees' player pool was $1,718,977.33.

The Yankees awarded 53 full shares and 11.94 partials and three cash awards.

A full share was worth 26,238.26.

For winning the World Series, the Cardinals' pool was $20,627,727.92. They had 51 shares, which were worth $323,169.98 each.
