Which team has negotiated the best contract in baseball?

You might find it hard to believe, but the Yankees, who have the two undisputably worst contracts in baseball -- Alex Rodriguez' (six more years, $143 million owed) and A.J. Burnett's (two more, $33 million) -- also have the best, according to former GM and ESPN Insider Jim Bowden.
