After tonight's rainout, Joe Girardi said he will move back his rotation one day for the upcoming series against the Texas Rangers, which begins tomorrow night in Arlington.
That means CC Sabathia faces LHP Derek Holland on Monday, Hiroki Kuroda faces RHP Yu Darvish on Tuesday and Phil Hughes goes against RHP Scott Feldman on Wednesday.
After Thursday's off-day, Girardi said Ivan Nova will open the series against Detroit at home on Friday but has still not decided whether to pitch Freddy Garcia on Saturday or to keep Sabathia on regular rest and throw him instead.
