Buzz: Manny B comes back strong

A recurring feature of the blog, Buzz, will follow Manny Banuelos and Dellin Betances, as well as other top Yankee prospects, all season long.

In an encouraging sign from a Killer B, Manny Banuelos returned from his back injury and picked up an impressive line. Against Rochester, he threw 3 2/3 scoreless innings, allowing just two hits. He struck out five and here is the big number, he had zero walks. Of his 60 pitches, 38 went for strikes. Control has been the biggest issue for Banuelos.

Banuelos only pitched into the fourth because they Yankees presumably didn't want to overextend him after his injury.
