Derek Jeter passed Tony Gwynn and tied Robin Yount on baseball's all-time hits list with an eighth-inning single on Sunday. Jeter is 1-for-3 on the day.

Jeter now has 3,142 hits in his career, tied with Yount for 16th all-time. Jeter is 10 hits away from Paul Waner, who is in sole possession of 15th place.
