Joe Girardi said he had nothing to report on the condition of Brett Gardner, who saw Dr. James Andrews today to get another opinion on his strained right elbow, which has kept him out of all but nine games this season.

Gardner, who had a setback in his rehab over the weekend, will also get a third opinion from Dr. Timothy Kremchek, the Reds team physician, in Cincinnati on Thursday.

Girardi said it was unlikely the team will release any information on Gardner's prognosis until after the second exam.
