Notes: Wade up, McDonald loses his 'locks

• As expected, Cory Wade will be added to the roster for Saturday's doubleheader. Under the new CBA, you can place a 26th man on your roster for doubleheaders.
• Darnell McDonald cut his dreadlocks to fit in with Yankees protocol. McDonald will get some starts this weekend because of Boston's lefties. Speaking of McDonald, the Yankees were chowing on McDonald's during the pregame.
• Joba Chamberlain is progressing to the point that he could do another bullpen Sunday and then possibly could be in a minor league game by next week, meaning you could see him with the big club in the next month or so.
