Well, tied for No. 12, anyway. Derek Jeter's leadoff single off Chicago White Sox starter Gavin Floyd, on the first pitch of the game, tied him with Nap Lajoie for 12th on baseball's all-time hit list with 3,252 hits. Jeter leads the AL with 164 hits. He is batting .322.
