TORONTO -- The Yankees dodged a potentially disastrous bullet when X-rays of Robinson Cano's left hand came back negative after he was hit by a pitch in Friday night’s game against the Blue Jays.

"I was worried a little bit," Cano said. "But everything is OK."

Cano is in the lineup for today’s game against Toronto, batting cleanup and playing second base.
