Cano: I just became a U.S. citizen

Robinson Cano tweeted that he became a U.S. citizen on Tuesday.

Cano linked to pictures of him being sworn in and showing off his new documentation.

"Very proud day for me," Cano tweeted. "I just became a US citizen, God bless America!"

Cano, 30, is from the Dominican Republic.
