Derek Jeter's tax bill will be a whopping $265,671 for his 30,000 square foot mansion, according to the Daily News. The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom "house" is built on Davis Island and has been dubbed "St. Jetersburg" by the locals.

Before the construction took place, Jeter was paying a mere $68,000 in taxes.

The Daily News described some of the allure for Jeter.

Jeter's stone monstrosity, valued at $12 million, has a pool that leads to the balmy waters of Tampa Bay.

It's got several large docks for yachts, two boat lifts, two garages big enough for three cars flanking the main house, a massive entertainment room and a billiard room, among other over-the-top amenities.

Jeter is currently at Davos, talking about climate control. He and the Yankees expect his ankle to be ready for Opening Day.
