CLEVELAND -- The skies are still gray and it's quite cold and windy outside, but no rain has fallen here in Cleveland and the forecast for tonight has improved markedly over the last couple of hours. Now, the National Weather Service has reduced the chance of rain in the area to 25% between 7 and 10 p.m., at which point it rises to 40%. So we may get this one in after all.
