Boston Red Sox manager John Farrell used 11 pitchers in the All-Star game, but not Dellin Betances.

Betances was one of three pitchers not used by Farrell. The other two were Mark Buehrle and David Price. Considering Betances has already had 40 appearances this season, the Yankees probably won't be too upset he didn't pitch.
