NEW YORK -- Tonight's game between the Yankees and Rangers is being delayed by a sudden and violent thunderstorm that descended upon Yankee Stadium with the home team leading, 2-1, and batting in the top of the fifth inning. The Yankees got the go-ahead run on Brett Gardner's solo home run off Yu Darvish in the third inning. The game was stopped at 8:46 p.m. with one out and Francisco Cervelli on second after his second double of the night.
