CC slimmed down

By Andrew Marchand

CC Sabathia showed up in Bristol to go through what is known as the "Car Wash," doing interviews on several of our platforms. On ESPN Radio, Colin Cowherd noticed right away that there isn't as much of CC as there used to be.

"I've lost 20 pounds," Sabathia said. "Coming off the elbow surgery, I just wanted to be healthy and stay healthy all year."

Sabathia, who was promoting his candidacy for MLB, The Show, video game cover, does not believe the Yankees are too aged to win again.

"I don't think we are too old," Sabathia said. "We definitely have an older team. You have guys who work extremely hard, like nothing I have ever seen on any other teams that I've been on. Especially, Derek Jeter, Mariano Rivera, Andy Pettitte, these guys they work. It is not by accident some of the greatest players that have ever played."
