WR Sinorice Moss traveled to Philadelphia to have his injured groin looked at. Head coach Tom Coughlin said he had not received any information prior to meeting with reporters in the late afternoon.
G Chris Snee was not at practice. Coughlin said his son-in-law and daughter, Kate, were expecting a child.
T Kareem McKenzie did not practice. He still was experiencing a migraine which kept him out Saturday against Baltimore.
CB Aaron Ross (foot), C Shaun O’Hara (ankle/Achilles), LB Gerris Wilkinson (groin), LB Adrian Tracy (elbow), OL Kevin Boothe (pectoral) and QB Jim Sorgi (shoulder) did not practice.
There were plenty of Giants who returned to practice:
WR Ramses Barden (back) did return and caught a ball over the middle.
“He worked his way in,” Coughlin said. “He is in the process of healing but felt good enough to go and we obviously wanted him to run and get some work. Let’s hope when he comes back inside everything is fine.”
TE Travis Beckum (neck) was back making catches in practice.
RB D.J. Ware (concussion) was cleared and practiced.
S Michael Johnson (back), DT Chris Canty (groin) and DE Jason Pierre-Paul (groin) all practiced.
LB Chase Blackburn (MCL) did some running on the side for the first time since injuring his knee against the Jets in the preseason opener.
