IRVING, Texas -- Before we get started, Cowboys linebacker Bobby Carpenter is out of the game with a sprained knee and Giants right tackle Kareem McKenzie has left the game with a back injury. He will not return.

The Cowboys finished the first half with nine rushing yards and the Giants had 30. Both teams were 1 of 6 on third downs. Tony Romo was 12 of 18 for 155 yards and a touchdown. Eli Manning was only 7 of 14 for 74 yards and he's come out and thrown an interception on the Giants' first possession of the second half. I don't have a clue why he tried to force a ball to Domenik Hixon. Cowboys cornerback Terence Newman was sitting on the route and the Cowboys will take over on their own 45-yard line.

One of the reason the Cowboys didn't have a bigger lead at halftime is their six penalties for 62 yards. And they began the second half with a 15-yard horse-collar penalty on Jay Ratliff.
