Eagles general manager Howie Roseman isn't wasting any time signing the club's rookies. The Eagles already have four of their rookies under contract as of this afternoon. I'm hoping to sit down with Roseman when I'm in Philly on Tuesday and we'll talk about his philosophy of getting players under contract in a hurry. President Joe Banner also plays a role in this process.
Here's are the rookies under contract: Cornerback Trevard Lindley, linebacker Jamar Chaney, defensive tackle Jeff Owens and safety Kurt Coleman, all on four-year contracts. I'll be taking a long look at the Eagles' rookies and then hopefully sitting down with quarterback Kevin Kolb and rookie defensive end Brandon Graham on Tuesday. If there's something specific you'd like for me to take a look at, let it be known in the comments section.
