Redskins, Texans focus on differences

I think most of you realize the Washington Redskins and Houston Texans run virtually the same offense. You could make the argument that Houston has more talent on offense, and you'd be right.

But there will be some differences on defense. I think you'll see Redskins defensive coordinator Jim Haslett do some interesting things against Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson. Haslett will talk to offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan about what frustrates Johnson and don't be shocked if you see Carlos Rogers try to jam him at the line of scrimmage and then get some safety help over the top with Reed Doughty.

"It doesn't take long to figure out after you take a look at film," said coach Mike Shanahan. "They look at Pittsburgh and some of the things they've done over the years. They look at what Jim [Haslett] has done over the years."

The first thing the Redskins have to do is slow down running back Arian Foster, who lit up the Colts for 231 yards Sunday. The Cowboys never fully committed to the running game, so it's hard to say whether the Redskins did a great job in that department.

I think this is going to be a fascinating matchup. But there's no way the Redskins win this game with 13 points.
