ARLINGTON, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo has left the game with what appears to be a left shoulder injury early in the second quarter. New York Giants linebacker Michael Boley came free on a delayed blitz and pounded Romo into the turf.
Romo reached for his left shoulder and remained on the ground for a couple minutes. He's now gone to the locker room and I'm sure he'll have X-rays taken. It looked like Romo tried to walk toward the field, but he was turned away by athletic trainers and doctors.
We'll keep you posted.
