Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant has qualified for a $1 million roster bonus that will be paid next season, according to ESPNDallas.com's Calvin Watkins. Bryant only needed to play at least 35 percent of the offensive snaps in games in which he was active and reach one of several other clauses to become eligible for this bonus.

One of those clauses required Bryant to have 41 receptions in his rookie season. And Bryant had 45 catches before breaking his right fibula Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts. It also looks like Bryant triggered a roster bonus that will pay him $1.4 million in 2012.

Something tells me that will make Bryant feel a little better during the holiday season. It will likely take about three to four months for him to fully rehabilitate his right leg. I'm going to try to track down exactly what the rehab process will look like and share that with you soon.
