Sorry I had to step away from the desk for a week of vacation, but I'm back to discuss your favorite thing on ESPN.com other than Bill Simmons: Power Rankings. Most of you have universally embraced my rankings, but I fear that some of you will be disappointed this time around.
The most passionate (delusional) fan base I've come across supports the Denver Broncos. In order to ward off death threats and other praise, I try to always rank the Broncos about five spots higher than they deserve. That said, I spend a great deal of time analyzing the other teams. Before I explain my rationale, here's a look at how I voted:
