You kind of figured Washington Redskins' quarterback Rex Grossman would be hot on the sports talk circuit following Sunday's victory against the New York Giants, and sure enough, here he was this morning on SportsCenter, talking about what the Sept. 11 atmosphere was like Sunday, why he's a better quarterback now than he was in Chicago and the Redskins' chances to make good on his bold preseason prediction that they'd win the division.
"We all felt like we were headed in the right direction, but until you go out and get a big victory, you don't know for sure," Grossman said. "I don't see a weakness on our team. We've got as good a chance as anybody."
