The Total QBR numbers from Sunday's games are in, and they show that New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning had one of the finest games of his career. Manning's Total QBR for Sunday's victory over the Cleveland Browns was 95.2 (out of a possible 100). That's his highest number in this category since he dropped a 95.6 on the Washington Redskins in the final game of the 2010 season, and it was the second-highest in the league this week behind only the 99.2 that Alex Smith put up in the 49ers' demolition of the Buffalo Bills.

The NFC East's other quarterbacks did not fare as well in this week's Total QBR ranks. Washington's Robert Griffin III posted a 40.5 before he had to leave his team's loss to the Falcons with a concussion in the third quarter. And the Philadelphia Eagles' Michael Vick had a 33.8 thanks in part to his two first-half lost fumbles. Those figures are the 17th and 20th best, respectively, among the 26 qualifying quarterbacks who have played their Week 5 games already.

For the season, Manning ranks eighth in the league in Total QBR at 71.7. Griffin ranks 11th at 66.1. Vick ranks 22nd with a mark of 51.7. And the Dallas Cowboys' Tony Romo, who was off this week after throwing five interceptions in last Monday night's loss to Chicago, ranks 23rd in the league with a Total QBR of 47.0.
