IRVING, Texas -- Quarterback Tony Romo and middle linebacker Sean Lee weren't available, but the Dallas Cowboys did get two key players back on the practice field for Christmas.

Receiver/return specialist Dwayne Harris and cornerback Morris Claiborne returned to practice after extended absences due to hamstring strains.

Harris missed three of the last four games, re-injuring his hamstring when he returned for the Dec. 9 loss to the Chicago Bears. Claiborne missed five of the last six games, re-injuring his hamstring in the Nov. 24 win over the New York Giants.

Reserve linebacker Ernie Sims (groin) was the only Dallas player other than Romo (back) and Lee (neck) who didn’t participate in Wednesday’s practice.
