Jason Kelce to be rewarded again

Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce cashed in this offseason on a six-year, $37.5 million contract extension that guaranteed him $13 million.

He is about to receive an extra $259,815.06 thanks to the NFL's performance-based pay system, according to USA Today.

Players are compensated based on their playing time and their salary level. Kelce was playing at the league minimum for his years in the league ($555,000) in 2013. Each team is allotted $3.46 million.
