Eli's INT: A baffling mistake

NEW YORK -- I understand that Eli Manning knew he had one-on-one coverage in the end zone, but that doesn't explain why he threw it up for grabs with this team in scoring position. Mike Jenkins made a nice play for the interception, but Manning made it very easy on him.

From what I could tell, DeMarcus Ware and Anthony Spencer were both arriving as Manning unloaded the ball. But sometimes you either have to throw it away or take a sack. That was a really poor decision by Manning. Baffling that he's accomplished so much in this league -- yet still makes those types of back-breaking mistakes.

I guess we saw Tom Brady doing the same thing today, though. Nice win for the Sparano family.
