By now, you've heard that New York running back Brandon Jacobs (knee) will not play Sunday night against Dallas.

The other issue the Giants need to deal with is defensive tackle Fred Robbins (shoulder) not practicing today. That would be a huge loss for the Giants. Robbins has 5 1/2 sacks this season and he's tremendous against the run. I talked to an NFC scout who said Robbins is almost impossible to block in the running game right now, although the Eagles seemed to do an OK job.

Without Jacobs, Derrick Ward will start the game and be backed up by Ahmad Bradshaw. The Giants will certainly miss Jacobs, but Ward and Bradshaw should be fine.

Ward is the guy who Cowboys cornerback Mike Jenkins ran away from the last time these teams met. I predict Bradshaw will have a big game Sunday. The Cowboys have been good against the run, but Bradshaw does a great job of finding seams, and he has top-end speed. If you watched the NFC title game last year, you know what I'm referring to. He's been in big games, and that's why he'll run for at least 75 yards Sunday night and score a touchdown or two.
