Minnesota has re-signed veteran defensive end Otis Grigsby, who appeared in nine games last season. Grigsby was credited with two tackles and three hurries but provides adequate depth behind starters Jared Allen and Ray Edwards.
The Vikings have now re-signed seven of their free agents: Grigsby, fullback Naufahu Tahi, linebacker Heath Farwell, cornerback Benny Sapp, cornerback Charles Gordon, defensive end Jayme Mitchell and defensive tackle Jimmy Kennedy. They've also signed two free agents from outside the organization: Cornerback Karl Paymah and receiver/kick returner Glenn Holt.
