Bears trim roster to 75

Three down, one to go. Chicago brought its roster to 75 players Monday afternoon with four moves.

The highlight (or lowlight, depending how you look at it): Defensive lineman Dusty Dvoracek was waived/injured. That means he’ll no longer be the Bears’ property once the waiver process completes and, presumably, an injury settlement is reached. Dvoracek had a torn anterior cruciate ligament replaced last week.

Three other players were waived: Receiver John Broussard, punter Richmond McGee and long snapper J.J. Milan.

We’re expecting Minnesota’s cuts sometime Tuesday. The NFL’s second and final cutdown day is Saturday, when rosters must be reduced to 53 players.
