Five negotiating days remain before Chicago Bears tailback Matt Forte's eligibility for a long-term contract will be pushed back to March. Forte's contract situation, especially if he ends up with a one-year deal under the terms of the franchise tag, remains the biggest issue heading into Bears training camp, according to ESPNChicago.com's Jeff Dickerson in this video. Forte has hinted he might not report to training camp right away if he is stuck with the tag.
