Somehow, some way, you're going to have to get through the next four days without me. For the first time in 14 years covering the NFL, I've got a scheduling conflict and won't be able to work Labor Day weekend.
The NFL stops for no one, of course, and that means all four NFC North teams will still craft their final 53-man rosters by Friday night at 9 p.m. ET. I won't be here to break it down for you, but I promise that a high-profile ESPN employee will more than ably fill in for me with analysis throughout the evening.
Roster shuffling will no doubt continue throughout the weekend, including the formation of practice squads and probably some waiver claims. We have a fantastic group of blog editors who will keep you as updated as possible, and I'll be back first thing Tuesday morning to pick up where they left off. Have a great and safe holiday/cutdown weekend.
