Let's review Sunday's performances from NFC North quarterback. Remember, the Detroit Lions and quarterback Matthew Stafford had a bye.

Aaron Rodgers
Passer rating: 103.5
QBR: 54.1
Action plays: 48
Comment: Rodgers threw three touchdowns passes and has seven in his past two games. But five second-half sacks played a big role in losing a 21-3 lead, as did an interception on the opening play of the third quarter. There were at least two sacks where the amateur observer, at least, would wonder why Rodgers didn't throw the ball away first. He once again found limited success throwing downfield. Sunday, Rodgers completed only 3 of 11 attempts that traveled at least 10 yards past the line of scrimmage. Among those incompletions was an overthrow of receiver Jordy Nelson in the first quarter.

Jay Cutler
Passer rating: 88.8
QBR: 71.8
Action plays: 48
Comment: Cutler was patient when the Jacksonville Jaguars dropped into coverage and aggressive when they blitzed. Of his 29 passes against the Jaguars' four-man rush, 23 traveled fewer than 10 yards past the line of scrimmage. And of his 10 attempts against the blitz, seven traveled 10 or more yards beyond the line. Those seven included both touchdown passes.

Christian Ponder
Passer rating: 87.6
QBR: 78.6
Action plays: 41
Comment: Ponder threw his first two interceptions of the season, lowering his passer rating, but his QBR reflected a lights-out second-half performance (11 completions in 12 attempts after the second interception) and some additional downfield aggression. Ponder's 45-yard pass on a Percy Harvin go route was placed perfectly, and his 15-yard touchdown pass to tight end Kyle Rudolph reflected a quick recognition of man coverage as well as continued trust in his big-mitted teammate.
