It's rare when a sports figure, let alone an NFC North player, is profiled on the venerable "60 Minutes" news magazine. So while Sunday night's piece on Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers didn't break a ton of new ground, I thought I would pass it along for those who might have missed it.
To me, the most interesting part came during a section that hammered home Rodgers' sensitivity to perceived slights. We see a fan approach him during a public event and tell Rodgers he looked smaller than expected in person. Rodgers, who is 6-foot-2, tells the fan: "I don't appreciate that" and later calls it "one of the more ridiculous comments that could be thrown at me."
Says receiver Greg Jennings: "He's sensitive. ... He's going to be sensitive to the fact that we're saying he's sensitive."
