Hester will give it a go two weeks after tearing cartilage in his rib cage. We're not expecting him to play every down on offense, but Hester could at least give the Bears some juice on special teams.
Meanwhile, Harris apparently won't play because of a knee injury that has bothered him since training camp. He has refused to make the connection between the knee and his slow start this season, but perhaps the Bears are. Or, they're at least giving Harris some time down to get himself straight.
Harris doesn't have a sack this season and his loss won't be felt as much as you might think. The Bears will start Israel Idonije in his place, and also have Anthony Adams and Marcus Harrison in reserve. A healthy Idonije is pretty close to an injured Tommie Harris.
